Frequently Asked Questions

  • I made one request already. When can I make my next one?

You can make your second request after receiving your first delivery bundle. The new delivery will then be coordinated with you.

  • I have 3 kids. Can I get 3 different sizes?

Sorry, but no. Currently, we're able to fulfill just one size per request: diapers or pull-ups.

  • I have 3 kids. Can I make 3 requests?

Sorry, but no. Currently, our organization is small. In an effort to maximize the number of families helped in Kitsap County, we have a two request per family, per year limitation. As we grow our donor base, we hope to increase the number of requests a family can make in a year.

  • Do you provide wipes too?

Yes. Wipes are also included in the delivery in an amount that should also last two weeks.

  • When can I expect my provision?

Typically, we attempt to do deliveries on Wednesdays and Fridays sometime between 1-5. You will receive a text or email about the intended delivery details and if changes occur.

  • What sizes do you have available?

    Typically we keep sizes 1 - 7 in diapers, and pull-ups 2T - 5T.

Occasionally we get requests for Newborn or Goodnights larger overnight pull-ups. In those cases, it may take a few days to procure the requested size.

  • Do I have to be home to accept delivery?

No. We will leave the bundle at your door and text you after delivery although what happens to the products after delivery is not our responsibility.

  • What brands do you typically have on hand?

Pampers, Huggies, Kirkland, Honest and Amazon's Mama Bear are our go-to products typically.

Others less frequently donated or purchased are Luvs, Brookies, and store brands like Target's Up&Up.

  • Can I request a special brand?

Yes, however, requesting a special brand - due to medical need, for instance - may delay the delivery of your request if we do not have that brand on hand.

  • I don't live in Silverdale or Bremerton? Can I still make a request?

Yes, if you live in Kitsap County and can meet us in our delivery service area, you can make a request. We typically will meet at the Bremerton WinCo or The Trails in Silverdale, or the WIC office in Silverdale. No shows or lack of communication will close out the request.

  • Do you accept product donations?

Yes! Thank you for thinking of us. Please let us know if you have product to donate via 360-307-9097 or info@lovelydia.org and we will coordinate pick up with you.

  • How many diapers or pull-ups can I expect in a 2 week supply?
